Two services, two products.

Työäly Start and Työäly Managed are services: people from Työäly do the work in your company. Työäly Control and Työäly Gate are products you use yourselves.

Työäly Control

Reads a Microsoft 365 mailbox and turns each message into a summary, a proposed action and a draft reply. A person reviews and decides; nothing is sent without one. Today a mailbox pilot in Observe mode.

Työäly Gate

The decision service for AI agents: an agent proposes an action, Gate answers allow, review, deny or more information, with reasons and a record. For teams with agents of their own; Control asks it too.

About Gate

Bespoke and ready-made are different things. The systems listed above are where we build automations and integrations for you as a service, case by case. Control has one ready-made connector today: the Microsoft 365 mailbox.

04 · We measure, we don't guess

Every month you know what AI delivered.

As a Managed customer you receive a monthly report that answers management's questions in numbers, charts and forecasts: who is using AI, what it delivered and cost, which risks were found, and what we do next. Every month the report also adds it all up: estimated benefit, Työäly's fee and licences in one calculation. We walk through it together in a 45-minute review. Actual figures and estimates are clearly separated.

You know what the service costs before the first conversation. The Managed price is set by the number of users, the number of automations and the support level, and the exact proposal follows the assessment.

Does it pay for itself?

Työäly Managed pays for itself once it saves roughly 30 to 50 hours a month: under an hour a week per employee in a 15-person company. Our target in every company is at least twice the benefit relative to total cost, Työäly's fee and licences included, and the monthly report shows every month whether that is happening. If it is not, the agreement can be ended with one month's notice.

08 · Questions before deciding

What managers ask us first.

Is our data safe?
We use only business licences, where your data is not used to train models. Every vendor is assessed for data protection before it is taken into use, and we prefer services that operate inside the EU. The AI sees only the data you give it access to.
We already have Copilot or ChatGPT. What do we gain?
The licence is only the start. In many companies only part of the staff use the tool regularly. Työäly adds the rules, the right settings, more active use, automations and the metrics that show what value the licence delivers.
How fast will we see results?
The Start project takes three to four weeks, and the first automation is in production when it ends. The first monthly report follows the first month of Managed.
Do we have to change systems?
No. We connect AI to the ones you already use: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, accounting and ticketing systems.
What if we stop Managed?
Everything we built stays with you: automations, documentation, guidelines and policies. After the three-month initial term the agreement continues month to month, with one month's notice.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. We work alongside your current IT partner if you have one, and handle the AI-related administration ourselves.
What sets the Managed price?
The number of users, the number of automations and the support level. The price is agreed after the assessment and stays fixed for the contract period.

Production-grade discipline.

Työäly is a service of Nordplug Oy, a Finnish company. Our background is in leadership roles across cloud infrastructure, security and systems integration at international technology companies.

We put AI into production with the same discipline as any other production system: monitored, documented and measured. Every AI vendor is assessed for data protection before it is taken into use, and we prefer services that process data inside the EU.

That is also why this website has no cookies and no tracking.
